Intergenerational Practice

Our purpose and vision

The overall purpose of the Australian Institute for Intergenerational Practice is to re-connect communities through the development, implementation and evaluation of intergenerational programs.

Our long-term vision is for intergenerational interactions and programs to be a normal part of our everyday life in both formal and informal settings.

Building literature on intergenerational practice

An opportunity to build the literature on Intergenerational practice has arisen with a special edition in Social Sciences “Intergenerational research: A multi-perspective collection of evidence for theory and best practice”.

Manuscript subscription is due on 1 August 2022.

All papers will receive double-blind peer review with an estimated publication date of 24 December 2022.
