All applications for membership (or for a change in membership class) must be submitted on the appropriate application form.

There are two ways to apply for membership.

  1. Please complete the online application form and pay by credit card or bank transfer using the relevant link below, OR 
  2. Download the PDF version of the application form and email it to us with your payment details.
